Keke Palmer Granted Restraining Order and Full Custody in Abuse Case. In a recent legal development, actress Keke Palmer has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson, and has also obtained full custody of their eight-month-old son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson. As previously Palmer filed an accusation against Darius, court gave this decision on November 09.

On November 05 Palmer filed for a restraining order since Darius broke into her house and assaulted badly. She published CCTV footage images on the internet as well.

Jackjon entered into Palmer’s house at 11 a.m. and wanted to see their child. Palmer asserted that when she informed Jackson that their child was not at home and tried to escort him out, he became insistent on taking the eight-month-old baby to watch a football game. When Palmer threatened to call the police, the situation escalated, resulting in Jackson allegedly attacking her and fleeing with her phone.

This recent incident is not the only one cited by Palmer. She also recounted an alleged episode from February 2022, claiming that Jackson “body slammed me onto the stairs by my neck.” Additionally, Palmer accused Jackson of destroying her personal property, throwing her belongings into the street, taking her car keys to prevent her from leaving, and making threats of self-harm with a gun if she considered ending the relationship.

The relationship between Palmer and Jackson, which began in June 2021, ended in October. Jackson had previously taken to Twitter to criticize Palmer for an outfit she wore to Usher’s Las Vegas concert, expressing discomfort with her choice and stating, “We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is. This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

Revealing the severity of the situation, Palmer’s legal actions highlight the need for intervention and legal protection in cases of domestic abuse.
