Beyonce World Tour Announced. Fans’ Frenzy Crashes Tickets Websites

Fans braced queues and website glitches as tickets went on sale in the UK and sold out in no time. The BBC reported that the Tickmaster website faced technical issues.

Beyonce was originally scheduled to perform at Cardiff, Edinburg, Sunderland and London in the months of May and June, but due to immense demand for tickets, organizers have added new dates for London.

Live Nation, the concert management group that is handling the world tour, has announced that Stockholm will be added to the tour to accommodate high demand.

Beyonce’s “Renaissance” world tour, which is slated for May-September 2023, will kick off at Sweden in May, followed by stops in London, Paris, Barcelona, and Toronto, The Tour will end in September in the United States, New Orleans.

The last time when Beyonce went on a world tour was in 2016 — the “formation” tour.

Beyonce won the Grammy awards last week for best R&B songs, best dance/electronic recording, best dance and best traditional R&B performance, taking her total Grammy tally to 32.
