Lil Wayne has finally found a buyer for his Miami Mansion and to top it off, he is $14 million richer for it.
Lil Wayne had bought his opulent Miami beach-front mansion for $14 million in 2017. Now he has sold it for a jaw-dropping $28 million. The rapper had listed the property for $29.5 million but has settled for the $28 million offer.
The New Orleans native, Lil Wayne, had made the beach-property in Miami his second home. The massive mansion has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The 23,760-square-foot property designed by architecture firm Choeff Levy Fischman, sits on the edge of Biscayne Bay and comes with one hundred and ten feet of water frontage, a private dock, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
Despite being a new build, Waynemade upgrades to the seven-bedroom nine-bathroom manse, which probably accounts for the nearly $12 million jump in price.
The property has an in-ground pool, outdoor kitchen and open-air cabana.
Lil Wayne also has another property in Hidden Hills, West Coast where he has been spending most of his time.
The rapper had a good day at the 2023 Grammy Awards where he won the Global Impact Award.
Lil Wayne also featured in the star-studded closing act at the Grammys, “God Did,” alongside DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, John Legend, Fridayy and Jay-Z.
The rapper has announced a massive 28-city concert tour titled “Welcome to tha Carter” with Live Nation, Rolling Loud and Young Money.
