Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Reveals She Had A Severe Stroke

Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Reveals She Had A Severe Stroke.”I’m only 24; what did I do in my past to deserve all of this,” she remarked after the health crisis.

Snoop Dogg’s daughter Cori Broadus said that she had a stroke.

On Thursday, the 24-year-old, who is the rapper’s 49-year-old daughter and wife Shanté, shared an Instagram Story from the hospital after the health crisis.

“I had a serious stroke this morning. “When they told me, I broke down crying,” she wrote. “Like I’m only 24; what did I do in my past to deserve all this.”

Although Broadus did not say what caused her stroke or how she recovered, the singer has had a challenging health journey since being diagnosed with lupus at the age of six.

Lupus is an autoimmune illness in which the immune system misidentifies and destroys healthy tissues rather than harmful germs and viruses. It triggers inflammation, harming the joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart, and lungs. There is presently no cure for this condition.

Lupus affects various body organs, increasing the chance of a stroke.

Broadus talked to the media in September 2023 about her lupus fight and her improved health due to lifestyle modifications.

“I’ve been good, better than I’ve ever been,” she claimed, explaining that she went “all-natural” and lately adopted a more holistic approach to her health after a difficult path that included a 2021 suicide attempt.

“I stopped taking all of my medications about five months ago,” Broadus said. “I’m doing everything natural, including herbs, sea moss, and teas. I began exercising and consuming plenty of water. So now I believe my body is saying, “OK, this is the new program, and she’s getting used to it.”

Broadus said at the time that she made the move because she had spent her whole life on drugs that made her “feel like I was going insane.”

“I’ve been taking medications since I was six years old, and I’ve always relied on them. “So I wanted better for myself,” she said. “I wanted to make a change because it had become too much. I’m just 24 years old and take ten to twelve medicines every day. So I sort of just went cold turkey.”

Broadus informed the reporters that she believed the lifestyle adjustments and hard work were paying off.

“My body is not achy,” she says. “When you have lupus, this is one of the most important things. You suffer from aching joints and arthritis. And now I’m like, “Damn, I’m not complaining about my knees, feet, hands, or back.”

Despite her success, Broadus acknowledges that she must make additional lifestyle adjustments to improve her health.

“It’s always a learning process because there’s so much more I could be doing,” she said, adding that she still battles with “eating terribly” and “not getting enough sleep.”

“If I can do a whole 360 change and just get healthy all around, I think I would be so good,” she said. “But I always remind folks that it’s a day-to-day process. Things will take time. “Nothing will happen overnight.”
