Megan Thee Stallion Refutes Claims of Kelsey Harris Shooting: “Y’all defending somebody who didn’t even take the stand

Refutes Claims of Kelsey Harris Shooting

Megan Thee Stallion recently took to Instagram Live to dispel the claims made by Tory Lanez’s bodyguard, who alleged that Kelsey Harris was the one who shot the rapper, not Lanez. In a lengthy and emotional live session on December 13, Megan vehemently rejected these accusations and expressed her frustration with the ongoing controversies surrounding the shooting incident.

“I’m trying to move on from being shot the best I can,” Megan began. “Tory Lanez is getting denied every time they try and set a motion for a new trial so they trying to pull shit out the air. I’m not about to keep going with y’all. Y’all defending somebody who didn’t even take the stand and defend their self.”

Addressing the specific claim that Kelsey Harris was responsible for the shooting, Megan stated, “Y’all trying to pretend like Kelsey shot me. Kelsey didn’t fucking shoot me, and I really wonder why. Her main problem with me was, ‘You won’t tell people I didn’t shoot you.’”

Expressing her disappointment with Harris’s silence, Megan added, “I was like, ‘Kelsey, I don’t want to talk about this on social media at all. But now you won’t even get online and defend yourself, so that really just proves my point: either you took some money or your life is in danger!”

Megan also turned her attention to Tory Lanez, who opted not to take the witness stand during the trial. She questioned Lanez’s refusal to testify, saying, “If you say you didn’t shoot me, why wouldn’t you get on the stand and say, ‘I didn’t shoot you’? You should’ve said, ‘I didn’t do it. Kelsey did it.’”

In response to the implication that Harris was the shooter, Megan challenged both Lanez and Harris, stating, “If she did it, why won’t you just say, ‘She did it’? Kelsey, if you did not do it, why won’t you just say, ‘I did not do it.’ I know who shot me, I said who shot me and that’s why the fuck you in jail.”

This recent development comes on the heels of Tory Lanez’s bodyguard and driver, Jaquan Smith, submitting a legal document in support of Lanez’s appeal. Smith claimed to have seen a gun in Kelsey Harris’s hand during a struggle with Megan but clarified that he did not witness who fired the weapon

During Lanez’s trial, the defense suggested that Harris was the shooter, referencing DNA found on the weapon. However, Harris invoked her fifth amendment rights and did not testify. Harris also previously sent a text message stating, “Tory shot Meg,” but during the trial, she claimed not to know who shot Megan during the dispute in July 2020.

The unfolding drama surrounding Megan Thee Stallion, Tory Lanez, and Kelsey Harris continues to captivate fans and followers. Megan’s passionate denial of the recent claims, coupled with her frustration over the ongoing legal battles, highlights the emotional toll of the incident. As social media buzzes with reactions, the controversy surrounding the shooting incident remains a complex and contested narrative within the realm of celebrity feuds.
