NBA Player Miles Bridges Is Charged With Hurling Pool Palls At His Car While His Children Were Inside

According to a criminal summons that was issued on Wednesday, the lady claimed that Bridges damaged her car during a custody exchange by throwing billiard balls at it, which shattered the glass and left dents in the body of the vehicle.

The vehicle also contained the couple’s offspring at the time.

According to the summons, Bridges’ girlfriend allegedly shouted at the children while they were inside the car and stomped the upholstery.

According to the complaint, Bridges, 25, is accused of telling the victim that he would “take everything from her and withhold child support” if she spoke to the police about the incident. Bridges is 25 years old.

A request for comment from Bridges was not immediately met with a response from the company’s representatives.

According to the media in Charlotte, North Carolina, the event took place on Friday, October 6th, but it wasn’t reported until Tuesday.

Bridges is charged with breaking a protection order for victims of domestic violence, misdemeanour child abuse, and harm to personal property, according to the summons. On November 13, he is scheduled to make an appearance in court.

Additionally, a warrant for Bridges’ arrest was issued on January 2nd of this year. According to a spokeswoman for the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office, the arrest warrant and the criminal summons are unrelated to one another.

In a statement to the media, the Hornets said that they were “aware of the reports and are in the process of gathering more information.”

More than a year after the first incident, in June 2022, Bridges was arrested and accused of beating a girlfriend in front of their two children.

Now, more than a year after the initial incident, Bridges is facing fresh allegations. His first plea was one of not guilty, but he then changed it to one of no contest, and as a consequence of his conduct, he was given a term of three years of probation.

After the completion of that court case, Bridges was issued a ban without pay for the first 30 games of the 2023-24 season; however, he was only given credit for 20 of those games.

It has been determined that he will be unable to take part in any of the first 10 games of the next season.
