The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating Michael B. Jordan’s recent Los Angeles automobile incident after a video of the accident went viral.
“Michael B. Jordan crashing out in Hollywood racing another Ferrari,” according to one Instagram post.

According to the media news on Friday, December 15, the LAPD is attempting to show that Jordan, 36, “was behind the wheel of the racing Ferrari.” If police discover “criminal culpability” throughout their investigation, they may “forward the case to prosecutors for possible charges,” according to the media.
Jordan was driving his Ferrari when he collided with a parked Kia on December 3. The LAPD described the event as a “traffic collision of a vehicle into a parked [car],” adding that there were no indicators of foul play or proof of a DUI at the time.
The Los Angeles Police Department also verified that no arrests were made at the site, adding that Jordan and the Kia driver exchanged information. Photos from the crash revealed that Jordan’s car’s right fender and one tire had been torn off.
The accident footage, which was first released on Wednesday, has since been repeated on multiple social media networks. Jordan, for his part, has yet to officially comment on the event.
Tenshi Angel, the driver of the red vehicle in the video, told Entertainment Tonight on Friday that he was “just vibing out” when the blue Ferrari appeared on the side of his car.
“We were just kind of pacing.” Angel recalls, “This was before the recording there was like two blocks away.” “We were just cruising. And then — I believe it was the following block, midway — we were revving the engines a little bit, and when we got to the next block, we were like, ‘Oh.’ Honked three times. That’s what occurred when I went off.”
Angel went on to explain that they were “revving engines” but not “going fast at all.” He said that the automobiles “weren’t exactly side by side” at the time of the crash.

“He was a little bit behind me, maybe like a foot,” Angel said. “When you’re in those types of cars … sometimes it’s hard to see.”
Angel recalled “picking up speed” in his automobile before realizing the second Ferrari “wasn’t there anymore.” He said, “Then I slowed down.”
Angel said that if he had known Jordan had crashed, he would have “stopped to help him.” “I thought he turned the corner or something and maybe didn’t want to go,” he said. I just kept going.”
