Arenas Claims Halle Berry Slept with Harvey

Gilbert Arenas Claims Halle Berry Slept with Harvey Weinstein and Other “White” Hollywood Executives to Land Film Roles. Former NBA player Gilbert Arenas has split the internet after the release of a viral video in which he claims to have overheard a discussion between convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein and one of Hollywood’s most famous actresses, Halle Berry.

Weinstein was convicted of third-degree rape three years ago and required to register as a sex offender. His trial sparked the #MeToo movement, which has now brought sexual assault and harassment to the attention of the whole country.

In New York, the disgraced director and producer was found guilty and sentenced to 23 years in jail for crimes. During the trial, other claimed victims came forward with allegations of abuse, resulting in Weinstein’s conviction on rape and sexual assault charges in Los Angeles earlier this year.

The 71-year-old has also been accused of preventing models and actresses from advancing in their careers after they refused his sexual approaches.

Arenas speculates that this may be the case with Berry, who starred in the dreadful drama “Monster’s Ball” in 2001.

In a popular video from his Twitch program “No Chill with Gilbert Arenas,” the former Washington Wizards star claimed, “It was 2003 or 2004… I went to a playoff game and Halle Berry walks by, and I’m like, ‘Oh sh-t, Halle Berry, buddy.’ Fine.”

He said she was dining with “four, five white dudes,” one of whom was “Harvey Weinstein.” He stated he was near enough to hear the men’s talk and heard someone remark, “Oh now she acting like she doesn’t know who we are?” When she needed that portion, she wasn’t saying that.”

Arenas then addressed the camera, saying, “Every single one of them hit.”

‘I was like, no, Halle,’ I said. They are not them. “Yuck,” he said. “Damn, they got the Berry.”

After the video went viral on social media, followers started to debate the charge in the video’s comments area. Some thought it may be accurate, while others called it a plain “lie.” Many others advised Berry to sue Arenas for promoting a false rumor.

“I hope she sues you,” several others said. “Defamation of character lawsuit incoming in 54321.” Someone else commented: “If Halle Berry didn’t provide this information and speak about the predatory industry and her experience, then he should have NOT.”

People also started to criticize Arenas for making disparaging statements about a Black woman.

“Omg, why must this be told?!” asked two others. This is a nasty attack on Halle, who deserves to be respected. “When does the disrespect toward BW end?” and “Even if it’s true, I’m not going to judge Halle Berry for it.” Imagine humiliating someone other than the perpetrator.”

Berry played Leticia Musgrove in “Monster’s Ball,” a film that follows Billy Bob Thornton’s character, Hank. He portrays a bigoted white Southern corrections officer who murders a Black guy and marries his wife, Leticia. One of the most compelling cringe-inducing parts in the film was a sex session in which the Black widow implored her husband’s white murderer to “make me feel good.”

Berry won the Best Actress Oscar in 2002 for her portrayal, becoming the first and only Black woman to do so.

Arenas then briefly mentioned Weinstein’s charges and crimes, as well as another significant Hollywood figure who served time after being accused of drugging and raping scores of women in the late 1980s.

Bill Cosby was sentenced to ten years in prison in 2018. However, his conviction was overturned, and he was freed in 2021. Over 60 people have accused him, most notably a female comedy writer who filed a lawsuit against him in November for sexually abusing her more than 50 years ago.

Arenas said that Weinstein and Cosby needed power and influence to bed women since they were “ugly.” He said this may seem widespread, but it is not the case for all outstanding producers.

“50 Cent was the first to become famous. He’s now in Hollywood. “He already has his power,” he stated regarding the executive producer of the Starz series “Power.”
