President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to individuals responsible for vandalizing Tesla vehicles and charging stations. In a late-night post, Trump made it clear that those caught would face serious consequences. For more updates check our Youtube channel.
“People that get caught sabotaging Teslas will stand a very good chance of going to jail for up to twenty years, and that includes the funders,” Trump wrote. “WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!”
The warning came just hours after Attorney General Pam Bondi announced charges against three suspects involved in coordinated attacks on Tesla properties in Colorado, Oregon, and South Carolina. The suspects allegedly used Molotov cocktails, firearms, and graffiti to damage Tesla vehicles, some of which were set on fire.
Authorities identified the suspects as Adam Matthew Lansky, 41, in Oregon, Lucy Grace Nelson, 40, in Colorado, and Daniel Clarke-Pounder, 24, in South Carolina. Each faces multiple felony charges, including domestic terrorism. If convicted, they could serve up to 20 years in prison.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to the incidents, expressing disbelief over the destruction. He stated that the attacks were politically motivated, calling out the “hatred and violence” from the left. Surveillance footage from a Las Vegas Tesla service center showed a suspect igniting several vehicles, leading to an explosion when a lithium battery caught fire.
Officials say the attacks are under further investigation, with additional suspects potentially facing charges. The White House has emphasized that acts of vandalism will not be tolerated, vowing strict legal action against those responsible.
