The White House has ramped up its attacks on federal judges blocking President Trump’s agenda, particularly on immigration enforcement. At a press briefing, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called out the judiciary for what she described as political interference in executive policies.

“The judges in this country are acting erroneously,” Leavitt said. “We have judges who are acting as partisan activists from the bench. They are trying to dictate policy from the president of the United States. They are trying to clearly slow-walk this administration’s agenda, and it’s unacceptable.” For more updates check our Youtube channel.

The administration’s frustration stems from recent court rulings that have delayed Trump’s mass deportation campaign. A federal judge recently blocked deportation flights to El Salvador, arguing that the policy violated legal protections for certain migrants. This ruling, among others, has fueled White House concerns that judicial opposition is obstructing the president’s ability to implement his policies.

The judicial pushback has sparked a larger political debate, with Trump allies accusing courts of overstepping their authority. Chief Justice John Roberts recently criticized Republican calls to impeach certain judges, signaling that the judiciary would not be swayed by political pressure. However, the White House remains adamant that these rulings undermine the will of the American public.

Some legal experts warn that the administration’s refusal to comply with court orders, such as the recent attempt to proceed with deportation flights despite the ruling, could lead to a constitutional crisis. The ongoing battle between the executive branch and the judiciary raises concerns over the limits of presidential power and the role of courts in shaping policy.

As tensions rise, both sides are preparing for further legal battles, with Trump vowing to continue his immigration crackdown despite court challenges.
