The golf legend Tiger and actor-singer Justice Timberlake will team up to build a luxury residential club community in Florida, in partnership with a real estate company called the NEXUS Luxury Collection.
The club community will feature both single-family custom homes and condos. Lots will start at $3 million and homes at 4 million.
On its website, NEXUS Luxury Collection lists Justin Timberlake, Tiger Woods, Joe Lewis, and golfer Ernie Els among its founders. This partnership, the website claims, said it aims to “craft a residential experience that is focused on wellness, resort living, and sport while honoring and enhancing Wellington’s equestrian roots.”
The club community will also have an 18-hole championship course golf course, a world-class racquet center with a pro shop, a stadium tennis court, 12 additional tennis courts, 10 padel courts, and 12 pickleball courts.
