Federal prosecutors have intensified their case against Sean “Diddy” Combs, unveiling a new indictment on Thursday that details additional allegations against the hip-hop mogul. The indictment accuses Combs of subjecting employees to grueling work conditions and threatening those who refused to participate in his alleged two-decade-long sex trafficking operation.

The 55-year-old music icon remains scheduled for trial on May 5 in Manhattan, where he faces federal charges of racketeering conspiracy sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. Despite the severity of the accusations Combs has pleaded not guilty maintaining his stance against the claims.

“Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated. “He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.”

In addition to the criminal case, Combs is also battling numerous civil lawsuits filed by both women and men, alleging sexual assault and other forms of misconduct. Although the latest indictment does not introduce new charges, it provides further details regarding the “forced labor” element of the racketeering conspiracy.

Prosecutors allege that Combs and his associates maintained control over certain employees by forcing them to work excessively long hours with little rest. This coercion, they claim, was enforced through threats of physical violence, financial repercussions, psychological manipulation, and reputational damage. The indictment explicitly states that some employees were made to believe they would suffer serious consequences—including losing their jobs if they failed to comply with Combs’ demands.

Prosecutors claim that Combs’ alleged sex trafficking operation spanned from 2004 to 2024. Many of the civil cases against him were filed under a 2022 New York City law that allowed alleged victims of gender-motivated violence to seek justice, even if statutes of limitations had previously expired. That window for legal action closed at the end of February, but new allegations continue to surface, further complicating Combs’ legal predicament.

Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR have finally dropped their highly anticipated joint album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, on February 14, 2025. The album, packed with 21 tracks, highlights the dynamic creative chemistry between the two OVO artists.
