Sunday night’s exhibition bout between Floyd Mayweather and John Gotti III gave a new meaning to watching “the big fight” when a brawl broke out backstage between attendees.
Reality star Joseline Hernandez was arrested Monday morning on four separate charges for her alleged involvement in Sunday’s incident at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Fla., Broward County Sheriff’s Office records show.
Clips showed various people trying to restrain Hernandez, a former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star, who on multiple occasions broke free and seemingly arbitrarily punched others in a rage predominantly those looking to break up the fight.
A few men attempted to break up the fight, with one man appearing to shield Lex while holding her back.
At one point, Hernandez and Lex were seen exchanging punches while tangled up together.
“Hey man somebody stop that s–t. Hey hey, stop that girl man. She’s killing that girl… They are letting this girl beat the f–k out of this girl.”
The man filming can be heard yelling.
The man was seemingly referring to Hernandez appearing to hold Lex in a headlock as a few individuals stood around and watched. Elsewhere, a barefoot Hernandez can be seen yelling at another man before lunging at him.
The man filming the video claimed security was nowhere to be found during the scuffle and that Hernandez allegedly kept pursuing a fight with Lex.
Hernandez performed before the boxing match as part of the evening’s scheduled entertainment.
Hernandez was visibly upset at the event after an unidentified woman threw a glass of water at her.
This wasn’t the only fight that broke out at the event, which aired on the Zeus Network. After Mayweather and Gotti’s bout ended in dual disqualifications, a brawl broke out in the ring between the camps of both fighters.
It came after Gotti appeared to disagree with referee Kenny Bayless’ stoppage with less than a minute left in the sixth round and went around the official to attack Mayweather.
Gotti’s sister, Nicolette, also made headlines for allegedly threatening Mayweather’s daughter after the bout.
