Trey Songz is being sued for sexual assault by a woman who attended a pool party with him in 2013 in a Connecticut Casino.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit has been filed through the anonymous name of Jane-Doe states that she was ‘humiliated’ and the incident resulted in ‘long-lasting emotional distress.’ The woman is also suing his production company, his record executive Kevin Liles, and Atlantic Records.
The lawsuit claims that the defendant should have been aware of the “sexual proclivities” of Trey and should have restrained him.
The 38-year-old Gammy-nominated singer has previously been accused of sexual assault and rape by another woman.
The suit also claims that Trey Songz was previously served a demand letter to respond before legal proceedings.
The plaintiff has sought $10 million in damages.
