Democrat Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett of Texas is facing new criticism after remaining silent during a heated moment involving a reporter and one of her aides. A Fox News Digital journalist asked Crockett about her past statements against Elon Musk and whether her words could be fueling violence toward Tesla owners and dealerships. Crockett did not respond.

Instead, one of her aides stepped in and stood directly in the reporter’s face. The reporter asked why the aide was interfering. The aide said, “I’m not,” while continuing to block the camera.

“The journalist pushed again, saying Crockett is a public official and should respond. The aide told him simply, “Talk,” but did not back off.”

The confrontation happened after more than 80 acts of vandalism against Tesla vehicles and at least 10 incidents involving Tesla properties were reported in the U.S. and Canada. Attorney General Pam Bondi warned the violence is now being treated as domestic terrorism. She specifically called out Crockett for saying Elon Musk should be “taken down” during a Tesla Takedown event.

The Congresswoman made those remarks during a nationwide call where she encouraged people to sell their Tesla cars and stock. The group behind the event calls itself a peaceful protest platform, but law enforcement is now investigating its connection to real-world violence.

Crockett has been criticized before for supporting the “defund the police” movement but was seen during this event walking with Capitol police.

One reporter summed it up clearly: “I’m just asking her a question, she’s an elected member of Congress.”

Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR have finally dropped their highly anticipated joint album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, on February 14, 2025. The album, packed with 21 tracks, highlights the dynamic creative chemistry between the two OVO artists.
