Drake’s sprawling $75 million Los Angeles mansion has been burglarized once again — twice now in less than a year, police sources have confirmed.
According to a TMZ report, security staff at the mansion alerted the Beverly Hills police about the presence of an unknown man who was spotted “carrying something” from the house.
The suspect had left the premises of the mansion by the time the police arrived, however, a man matching the description of the suspect has been arrested by the Police and an object missing from the mansion has been recovered from him.
The 36-year-old Canadian rapper who lives in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, was not present at home at the time of the burglary. Reportedly, the rapper is in New York for a series of concerts at the Harlem’s Apollo Theater.
Drake had bought the estate from the English pop star Robbie Williams last year for a jaw-dropping price of $75 million. The mansion has 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and is not the only estate Drake owns. He also has a 50,000 square feet estate in his native Toronto.
Last year a 23-yeard-old man claiming to be the 36-year-old rapper’s son was also arrested from the estate.
