Diddy Accused of Raping Woman with TV Remote After 2Pac Murder Allegation

Diddy faces a shocking accusation of sexual assault after being accused of involvement in Tupac’s murder.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, one of the most iconic figures in the music industry, is facing disturbing allegations that have sent shockwaves through the media. A woman has accused the rapper of raping her with a television remote in 2018, after she confronted him about being involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur, whose death in 1996 remains unsolved. The lawsuit, filed in the District Court of Northern California, presents harrowing details of the alleged attack, including threats made by Diddy and his friends.

The lawsuit claims that the victim, whose name has not been released, first met one of Diddy’s friends at a bar in 2018. This friend, seeking to impress others by flaunting his connection to the celebrity, reportedly called Diddy during their meeting. At some point during the conversation, the plaintiff accused Diddy of orchestrating Tupac’s murder. The rapper allegedly responded by saying she would “pay” for her accusation.

About a month after this incident, the woman was invited to the friend’s home under the guise of helping him with his medication, as he claimed to be battling cancer. However, when she arrived, Diddy was allegedly waiting for her. The lawsuit states that Diddy held a knife to her face, threatening to cut her cheeks into a “Glasgow smile” — a disfiguring wound that would leave permanent scars.

“According to the complaint, Diddy then removed her clothes, covered her body with an unknown oil or lubricant, and raped her using a television remote.”

The lawsuit also describes Diddy telling the woman that her life was in his hands, threatening to make her disappear without a trace. Throughout the assault, he allegedly repeated that he had the power to send her overseas where no one would ever hear from her again.

The lawsuit alleges that the attack continued even after Diddy drugged the woman. Despite giving her what she described as “enough drugs to take out a horse,” the victim managed to get up and attempt to leave. The filing states that Diddy offered her money in exchange for claiming the encounter was consensual. When she refused, the woman claims that Diddy made threats against her family. To reinforce the intimidation, a friend of Diddy’s reportedly showed her a live video feed of her sister’s home, suggesting they were monitoring her loved ones.

During the incident, Diddy allegedly boasted about getting away with more serious crimes, seemingly alluding to the murder of Tupac Shakur. This statement reportedly enraged one of the other men in attendance, who then pulled out a gun and demanded that Diddy repeat his claim of being involved in Tupac’s death.

The woman says she tried to wrestle the gun away but failed. In a dramatic turn, she grabbed a knife and chased after the man. Instead of harming him, she ultimately ran for the door. However, Diddy blocked her escape route. Desperate, the woman slashed his abdomen, giving her the chance to flee to a neighbor’s home where she sought help.

The lawsuit claims that the victim reported the rape to law enforcement shortly after the incident, but felt that the officer she spoke to was dismissive. Fearing retaliation from Diddy, she did not include his name in the initial report. It wasn’t until three weeks later, after the physical pain had subsided, that the woman sought medical attention and underwent a rape kit exam.

Even then, the victim says she was too afraid to publicly accuse Diddy of the crime, believing that either her allegations would be ignored or that she would face further harm. According to the lawsuit, her fear of reprisal was heightened by Diddy’s reputation for violence and the perceived influence he holds in the entertainment world.

As of now, Diddy remains in federal custody on unrelated charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, stemming from a separate investigation. He was arrested in September 2024 following a grand jury indictment and has since pleaded not guilty to those charges. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.

This latest lawsuit adds to the growing list of serious accusations against Diddy, who has faced multiple claims of sexual assault and misconduct over the years. The legal battles are threatening to overshadow the career of one of hip-hop’s most influential figures.
