Charlamagne Tha God Blasts Wendy Williams Documentary

“Why y’all want to document someone’s downfall?”

Charlamagne Tha God has weighed in on the impending Wendy Williams documentary. “I’m not sure why the cameras are pointed at that woman’s face.

Why do you want to capture someone’s downfall?” Charlamagne inquired on today’s broadcast of The Breakfast Club.

Earlier in the day, the first trailer for Where Is Wendy Williams appeared online. The radio and TV legend’s candid documentary will be broadcast on Lifetime later this month.

The first teaser for the two-part program features Williams for the first time almost a year after she retreated from public view due to illness.

The trailer, embedded below, is not very simple to watch. Williams drinks and sobs as she describes her arduous battle over the last four years.

It is unknown if this is the documentary that Williams was sighted filming in early 2023. Williams was last seen in public at her childhood home in New Jersey as part of a new reality program set to premiere last October.

However, autumn passed without a release, leaving fans perplexed and anxious about Williams. Will you watch Where Is Wendy Williams when it airs on February 24 and 25? Tell us in the comments.

Furthermore, the documentary’s announcement comes around a week after rumors leaked about Williams’ present whereabouts. Miss Jones, a radio broadcaster and Williams’ longtime acquaintance, stated that Williams had discreetly migrated to Florida with her family “several months ago”.

Jones said that she conducted a wellness check on Williams but was informed by personnel at Williams’s previous building that she was “several months late.” The move coincided with news about Williams’ health and her family’s concerns about her staff “taking advantage” of her. Williams’ son said that her crew made choices on the media veteran’s behalf and had even closed Williams’ bank accounts.

Many admirers responded to the news by wishing Williams well. “I don’t wish anything on anyone. I believe in God, and I think that He can heal and restore Wendy. “I pray God’s will for her, as well as for those around her,” one individual stated. “Anyone who grew up in New York City listening to Wendy understands how awful this is. Kevin ruined her. I never see her returning to broadcasting. “That’s so sad,” another commented.
