Azealia Banks Slammed for “Disgusting” Remark About Jacky Oh’s Death After Fan Baits Her

Azealia Banks Slammed

Azealia Banks is still in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Her latest internet slam occurred after the rapper made a derogatory comment about “Wild ‘N Out” actress Jacky Oh’s death.

Banks previously appeared on the program in August 2018. During the “So Petty” game part, she was roasted for her appearance and profession by DC Young Fly, Jacky Oh’s longtime boyfriend and the father of her children.

She stated the whole event had reduced her to tears despite the fact that she was merely scheduled to make an appearance and sing her song.

The “How High 2” actor subsequently claimed on his “85 South Show” alongside fellow comedians Karlous Miller and Chico Bean that he made Banks weep. DC said she made “three, four” provocative remarks about him before grabbing the mike and responding.

“Wild ‘N Out” show creator Nick Cannon replied to the controversy in a since-deleted Instagram post, saying, “Don’t you hate it when you manufacture your storms but forget your umbrella??? @azealiabanks We are hoping for your swift recovery, Queen. She #Wildnout for authentic #Karma.”

Fans are still teasing Banks over her online appearance, which most likely prompted her “disgusting” statement about Jacky Oh, who died May 31, only one day after complications following a Mommy Makeover treatment in Miami.

On December 29, Banks posted a video of herself dancing in a storage room or workplace while carrying package labels. “QUEEN OF BRAZIL SANDALS,” she captioned her Instagram photo.

One social media user said, “You cried on Wild and Out.”

Rather than take the high route, the 32-year-old replied, “And the b—h laughing at me also died on wild n out, on my birthday in my city.” “Who’s up next?”

Banks’ tweet earned over 60,000 likes and what looks to be twice as many comments, with people either laughing at her dancing or slamming her for taking an unwarranted dig at someone who couldn’t defend themselves.

“That girl did nothing to Azalea; she better watch her mouth cuz karma don’t play,” one user remarked, while another added, “No way, I just read what I read.” “I’m heartless smh.”

“Because a woman “damaged” your feelings, you feel the need to keep emphasizing her death,” a third said. Wicked. And ill. Children have lost their mothers, and a man has lost his wife. It’s a disease. Period.”

Social media users also chastised The Neighborhood Talk for repeating and highlighting Banks’ slanderous statement. “Wow, Azelia Banks, this was low even for you…” Disclaimer: “We do not condone bullying or violence,” the site noted in the caption of a screenshot of her answer.

“& y’all low for the repost…. giving this girl the time and attention she doesn’t deserve,” two commented, adding, “Y’all gaslight the f-k out people!” If DC notices this. I’m hoping he speaks up for you. I wouldn’t say I like how these blogs do this. This is very disrespectful and messed up.”

But this isn’t the first time Banks has brought up Jacky Oh’s death. She said on her Instagram Story in June that her tears on “Wild ‘N Out” were “pure tears of rage and not at all a sign of weakness.”

She accused DC of masking his “deeply rooted hatred of self as jokes pointed at women’s beauty” and chastised him for calling her “ugly on national television while a bunch of black people laughed.” She claimed to have “moved on” and then said that Jacky Oh was “deeply insecure.”

DC, as usual, opted to ignore banks both then and today. On December 31, the “BMF” actress posted a tribute to Jacky, along with images of their gorgeous family.

“I’m going to be strong for us, baby, and I promise GOD has us!!!” Chin up and chest out!! Staying prayed up, remaining virtuous, and maintaining my energy levels.. wish I could hold your hand and have a slow walk sweetheart #KeepGODFirst #GODIsTheGreatestHealerIKnow.”

When Jacky Oh joined the “Wild ‘N Out” series in 2015, he met DC. The couple has three children: two girls, Nova, 7, and Nala, 2, as well as a newborn boy, Prince Nehemiah, who turned one last summer.
