Ayo Edebiris Golden Globe Win Overshadowed By Her Grossed Out Reaction To “The Bear” Co-Star’s Nearly Nude Calvin Klein Photos. Ayo Edebiri, the star of “The Bear,” isn’t interested in answering questions about her co-star’s practically naked photographs in a recent Calvin Klein advertisement. The 28-year-old actress sought to avoid addressing Jeremy Allen White’s new commercial, which has gone viral on social media.
While on the red carpet at the 2024 Golden Globes, Edebiri, who won Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, was inquired about and given a picture of a coworker and his chiseled chest standing in nothing but white boxer underwear.
“Jeremy, put that away!” said “Abbott Elementary” actress Quinta Brunson as she stepped close to Edebiri, who shuddered and turned away when she saw White’s picture.
“I am simply delighted for him. That’s my son. “I do feel like I want people to understand he’s my coworker,” she told the “Access Hollywood” reporter.
“The flinch,” remarked one user on X, while another added, “SCREAMING! “She wanted to unsee immediately.”
Many people who witnessed the brief contact noted Edebiri’s expression was filled with amazement and nearly humiliation, as was White’s during a subsequent media interview.
A “The Bear” video clip shows the entire cast, including co-stars Abby Elliott and Edwin Lee Gibson, standing between White and Edebiri. After asking a series of show-related questions, the reporter posed a less severe query.
“What went through your minds when you all saw this?” he said, giving a tremendous shot from White’s Calvin Klein advertisement.
Edebiri responded fast, taking the photograph, turning it around, and placing it against the wall. “What are you doing?” the reporter said. She responded, “Putting it away.”
She said, “That’s my boy … this is a work function.”
“She is aware that it makes him and everyone else in the room uncomfortable. You can tell by Jeremy’s uneasy laugh. Why are they doing it in front of their coworkers? It has nothing to do with the programme. One person posted on X.
Another person commented on Ayo Edebiri’s inability to do an essential interview without bringing up her male co-star. Not to mention that you’re making him uncomfortable by doing this sh-t like, stop.”
The reporter continued attempting to get the picture back as the actors screamed, “We’re family,” and “That’s his other job.”
Actor Ebon Moss Bachrach, who portrays Richard” in “The Bear,” chimed in, “We’re not at a knickers award, you know? It’s as if we’re here to discuss our programme and what we do here.
The actors urged the reporter to shift his focus to other urgent issues, but he persisted in questioning White about the social media buzz around his photographs. He stated that watching people’s reactions made him “uncomfortable”.
