Exclusive: A Federal Grand Jury May Soon Hear from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Accusers. Federal investigators are preparing to submit Sean “Diddy” Combs’ accusations to a grand jury, a major step in the probe. According to report, the US Justice Department is considering indicting Combs.

Investigators have warned potential witnesses that a New York City federal grand jury may call them to testify. The government’s probe into Combs, who has been sued many times, has escalated.

“Eight civil cases have named Combs since November, seven of which allege sexual assault.”

One lawsuit, filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, was settled. Another lawsuit alleges that Sean Combs helped his son, Christian Combs, commit sexual assault.

A Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) representative said the grand jury probe is ongoing but would not comment. Investigators are still gathering evidence and interviewing sources, so possible witnesses are not yet prepared.

One insider said detectives are meticulous to make any indictment “bulletproof.” The judicial process relies on grand juries to subpoena documents and witnesses and decide whether to charge defendants. Grand juries suggest that Combs’ case has progressed beyond preliminary investigation.

The musician and entrepreneur was investigated by a Department of Homeland Security human trafficking team in March, according to CNN. The inquiry now includes sex trafficking, money laundering, and drug trafficking.

According to report, federal agents interviewed multiple Combs civil suit accusers. Despite his strong denials, Combs has not addressed all charges. Combs fiercely denied four lawsuits against him on social media in December 2023, writing, “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.”

The probe has expanded to include significant offenses beyond civil cases, according to one source. “It’s much bigger than these lawsuits,” the insider claimed. Federal investigators are questioning accusers many times and bringing in fresh witnesses, including corroborators.

Federal officials have video footage from Combs’ homes, but it’s unclear if it was taken during the raids or obtained elsewhere. The investigators has questioned one male sex worker who claims to have been a Combs victim. In federal investigator footage, this person was seen. Combs has not addressed charges that he recorded victims while they were having sexual relations without their consent.

Some claims allege Combs drugged many accusers and made non-consensual recordings. Recent lawsuits by former fashion student April Lampros and model Crystal McKinney accused Combs of drugging and forcing them into sexual acts. These new lawsuits have not been answered by Combs.

Combs was accused of “intentionally drugging” and sexually assaulting Joi Dickerson-Neal in 1991 in a November legal action. Dickerson-Neal called Combs “revenge porn,” saying he covertly filmed the attack and spread it. Combs’ lawyers have dismissed aspects of this case as “false, offensive, and salacious.”

The possibility of a federal grand jury hearing Combs’ accusers is crucial to the probe. The meticulous investigation and witness preparation suggest that the government is taking major steps to hold Combs accountable if the evidence supports it.
