Ex-girlfriend Erica Herman Accuses Tiger Woods of Sexual Harassment

Tiger Wood’s ex-girlfriend Erica Herman, 39, says he was sexually harassed by him and forced into entering a relationship with the golf superstar while she was an employee, court records show.

According to new court documents filed on Friday Herman made new accusations against Tiger Woods claiming that he kicked him out of his home in violation of the verbal agreement between them as per which she was to stay there rent-free. Herman says she was forced to move out after the relationship ended.

Meanwhile, lawyers for Woods are expected to request the court to stop the proceedings in the said case as Herman has reportedly signed a nondisclosure agreement whereby, she agreed to settle disagreements in private by an arbitrator.

The 39-year-old woman has also filed a $30 million lawsuit against the trust that owns Wood’s house for illegal eviction. The mansion in Florida is estimated to be worth $54 million.

Herman was a restaurant manager at Woods’ Palm Beach County restaurant before the two entered into a romantic relationship.

A new federal law states that nondisclosure agreements can be revisited if sexual harassment or sexual abuse is involved.

“A boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment,” her attorney Benjamin Hodas said. The attorney also claimed that she was being threatened with loss of her job if she didn’t sign an NDA.
