A viral video shows a group of teens on bikes brutally attacking a man in broad daylight in L.A.’s Carthay neighborhood. Witnesses say they vandalized cars before turning on the victim, leaving him with head trauma. Paramedics took 20 minutes to arrive. No arrests have been made.
