In a new lawsuit, Kanye West’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, makes shocking allegations about the rapper’s behavior, according to recent reports. Pisciotta, who also worked as the chief of staff for West’s Yeezy brand between 2021 and 2022, has brought forward accusations against West that go beyond wrongful termination and sexual harassment. The claims include disturbing details about West’s interactions with his wife, Bianca Censori, as well as allegations of sexual assault and drugging.
Pisciotta, who has gained fame as an OnlyFans content creator, alleges in court documents that West expressed a troubling desire to engage in sexual relations with Bianca Censori’s mother, Alexandra, while Bianca watched. This claim is part of a broader 86-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles court. According to Pisciotta, West shared with her a series of text messages exchanged between himself and Bianca, in which West stated his intention to have sex with her mother. The conversation reportedly took place on September 28, 2022, during a visit from Alexandra, who had traveled from Australia to see her daughter. Pisciotta further claims that West showed her another message in which he clarified to Bianca that he wanted her to watch the act.
In response to this shocking proposal, Pisciotta claims Bianca’s reply was, “She’s married,” referring to her mother, Alexandra. These allegations are just one part of the wider lawsuit that also details incidents of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and disturbing behavior from West during Pisciotta’s time working for him.
Pisciotta alleged the “Heartless” rapper sent her a screenshot of the text and asked, “Should I [add] I meant I want you to watch me f–k your mom.”
The lawsuit also highlights an incident from years before Pisciotta began working for West. She claims that at a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, West drugged her by slipping a “roofie” into her drink. As the effects of the drug took hold, Pisciotta recalls feeling an overwhelming loss of control over her body and speech. However, she asserts that her memories of the evening after that point are vague and fragmented. According to her testimony, West later told her that they had “hooked up” that night, but she insists that she has no recollection of this encounter.
Beyond these accusations, Pisciotta alleges that during her employment, West frequently sent her inappropriate text messages, in which he shared explicit sexual fantasies and even sent her sexually explicit photos and videos of himself with other women. She claims that West’s inappropriate behavior escalated over time, leading to an environment of harassment that ultimately culminated in her dismissal from the Yeezy brand in October 2022.
When Pisciotta was fired, she claims West promised her millions of dollars in severance as compensation. However, she states that not only did she never receive the promised severance, but she is also still owed part of her salary from her time working for the rapper.
West’s legal team has responded to these allegations by strongly denying all claims. They have described Pisciotta’s lawsuit as “baseless” and accused her of attempting to blackmail the rapper. West’s lawyers assert that Pisciotta has fabricated these claims in an effort to extort money from him.
It is important to note that Sean “Diddy” Combs, while mentioned in the lawsuit due to the party where Pisciotta alleges she was drugged, is not accused of any wrongdoing in relation to Pisciotta’s case. However, Combs has been criminally charged with sex trafficking in separate incidents and is currently in jail awaiting trial. He has also faced multiple sexual abuse allegations in both criminal and civil cases, though he denies any involvement in such activities.
This lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal battles for West, who has been embroiled in various controversies in recent years. Pisciotta’s allegations, if proven true, could have serious consequences for the rapper, both legally and in terms of his public image. As the case unfolds, it will be closely watched by both fans and critics, with the potential to further impact the reputation of one of the music industry’s most polarizing figures.
