A month after Rihanna announced her second pregnancy by revealing her baby bump in the Super Bowl Halftime show performance, the “Umbrella” singer was photographed backstage at the Oscars 2023 event on Sunday with beau A$AP Rocky who was cradling her baby bump.
Rihanna posed backstage with A$AP in a Green-Baring Faux fur outfit. The “Lift Me Up” singer rocked three different looks at the Oscars.
The Barbadian superstar Rihanna performed her “Wakanda Forever” track, “Lift Me Up” at the awards — which was also nominated for the best original song. The award, however, was won by “NaatuNaatu” by RRR. This was Rihanna’s first performance since the Super Bowl.
The couple who are expecting their second baby were seen together throughout the rest of the show. For the baby bump photoshoot, Rihanna was wearing a mint green skirt and shawl and Rocky was sporting a dapper white tuxedo jacket.
Rihanna, 35, gave birth to her first child in May last year. She and A$AP, 34, who have been longtime friends went public with their relationship in 2021.
