50 Cent Calls For Removal Of NYC Supreme Court Judge Who Threatened To Shoot Black Teens. Rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent has called for the removal of a New York judge following the emergence of a controversial video. The video, which has gone viral, shows the judge threatening to shoot Black teenagers at a high school graduation party.

On Wednesday evening, July 24, the Queens-born rapper took to Instagram to voice his outrage over the clip, which was filmed in 2022. The footage shows New York State Supreme Court Justice Erin Gall in a heated exchange with a group of teenagers at a celebratory event.

The video has sparked widespread outrage, with many demanding Gall’s resignation or removal. Viewers have described the video as disturbing and triggering. “SMH, she should be removed,” 50 Cent captioned his post, encouraging his followers to share the video.

“This is bad. Repost this video.”

The footage, captured by police bodycam, shows Gall ordering the teenagers to leave the property. She even attempts to have one of the officers arrest a teen, accusing him of trespassing. “You’re not going to find your keys. You got to call an Uber and get off the property,” Gall is heard saying sternly. “You’re going to get a cop escort home.”

Gall references her long career as a lawyer and judge as a reason for her demands to be taken seriously.

I’ve done this for a million years,” she added. “I’m a lawyer. I’m a judge. I know this.”

She then shocks the officers by informing them they could legally shoot the teens if they returned for their belongings. “You can shoot them on the property,” she stated before coldly adding, “I’ll shoot them on the property.”

The incident has led to significant scrutiny from The State Commission on Judicial Conduct. In a report released on Monday, July 22, the commission stated that Gall’s behavior “created at least the appearance that she harbored racial bias.” The report continued, “Her wide array of misconduct severely undermined public confidence in the judiciary and in her ability to serve as a fair and impartial judge.”

Robert H. Tembeckjian, the commission’s administrator, expressed his dismay at Gall’s actions in his statement. “Erin Gall’s behavior was as shocking as anything I have seen in my 40 years of judicial ethics enforcement,” said Tembeckjian.

The commission’s report emphasized the severity of Gall’s misconduct, noting that it has severely undermined public trust in the judiciary. “Her wide array of misconduct severely undermined public confidence in the judiciary and in her ability to serve as a fair and impartial judge,” the report charged.

Gall intends to appeal the panel’s decision, according to her attorney Robert Julian. In a written response to the commission’s report, Gall’s lawyers stated: “The Respondent’s son was slapped, hit, knocked to the ground, kicked in the head and body, and beaten by four or more uninvited individuals.

“Her husband, while trying to rescue their son and stop the fight, began pulling teenagers off of the pile and was assaulted himself in the process. He sustained bruising and swelling to both ears, and his shirt was torn.”

The viral video has continued to attract attention, with many calling for immediate action to address the situation. 50 Cent’s public outcry highlights the broader societal concerns about racial bias and misconduct within the judicial system. As the calls for Gall’s removal grow louder, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the need for accountability and integrity in positions of authority.
