Cardi B Accuses Tasha K Of Stashing Cash In Offshore Accounts. Cardi B has made it plain that she wants to collect every cent due to her by Tasha K — and now, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper alleges that the disgraced blogger is going so far as to conceal assets to avoid collection attempts.

According to court records acquired by Radar Online, Cardi B’s lawyers have asked the courts to force Patricia Haynes to cooperate with recent subpoenas issued against her, which she is attempting to avoid.

The lawyers say Haynes has knowledge of offshore accounts opened by Unwine with Tasha K Host and her husband, which she allegedly neglected to disclose in her first Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition.

Tasha K’s alleged failure to disclose assets violates 18 U.S.C. § 152, which penalizes debtors who “knowingly and fraudulently conceals from a custodian, trustee, marshal, or other officer of the court charged with the control or custody of property, or, in connection with a case under title 11, from creditors or the United States Trustee, any property belonging to

Hiding assets during a bankruptcy petition is a federal violation. If Cardi B can establish that Tasha K willfully failed to reveal the full scope of her holdings, the discredited blogger may face criminal penalties and a five-year federal prison term.

The “Up” artist initially increased her attempts to collect from Tasha K last month. According to court records acquired by the media, Cardi B demanded information on all of Tasha K’s assets, including a Georgia house and all of the cash she presently has.

Additional records obtained by the media show that the blogger (actual name LaTasha Kebe) has about $30,000 in cash and spends more than $20,000 each month on travel, fancy eating, and other types of entertainment.

The case follows a similar lawsuit brought against the Unwine with Tasha K host by comedian Kevin Hart, who accused the blogger and his former assistant of extortion after she published an interview with Hart’s former aide, who alleged that the comedian strayed on his wife.

Hart said that Tasha K requested money to prevent the interview from being published.

The fresh subpoenas issued by Cardi’s lawyers follow those issued during the summer, when the Bronx rapper served subpoenas on all five of Tasha’s current financial institutions, requesting that the corporations give over information regarding her money.

Additionally, she asked for “all documents and communications received by or sent to third parties other than the Debtor, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the Debtor’s finances, employment, income, expenses, businesses or business interests.”
